My name is Glenn Spillman, and I am the CEO of Cellar 13 Films. I am a Cherokee and Choctaw Native American. I started out as an Actor at 8 years old, and have blossomed into what I am today. I have been writing since I was in high school, and have published 3 books, and have completed 20 scripts. I had my director debut in 2015, and have never looked back.

This film Serial Killers - The Beginning is VERY personal to me. It's based off true events and the characters are based off real people. As far as I can remember, I was molested at least 3 times growing up. It started when I was just 6 years old. One of my kids was abducted when they were just 4 years old, and their mother tried to sell them into sex slavery. Every single character in this film has their own dark past. My point in making this film is to bring to light the darkness that has plagued society since the dawn of man. Debauchery is happening every single day within society, and most of the time it gets ignored because people don't believe the victim, or they just sweep the sins of man under the rug.

Well this film dives into some deep waters, and covers sensitive subject matters. I believe that it is my job as an artist, filmmaker, and human being, to tell the stories of those who have been silenced. I am the voice for those who are afraid to speak out, and this film will tackle the very evil that lives among us. I am not glorifying anything, I am in fact creating a film that punishes the assailants.

Again, this film is VERY personal to me in many ways, and after seeing it, I hope that you, the viewer will have a better understanding on what's actually going on in this world of ours.
